Visiting
When and where is it?
Sunday 1 November 2026, 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, at The Marquee, Pearl Continental Hotel, Club Road, Karachi. One day only.
Do I need a ticket?
Yes. A pass is PKR 600, sold online through Ticketwala. The 2024 and 2025 editions were free; 2026 is the first ticketed edition. One pass covers the full ten hours. Get your pass.
Is there parking?
Yes, at the hotel. It gets tight between 6 PM and 9 PM. Arrive earlier or arrange a drop-off at the main entrance. Directions and timings.
Can men and children attend?
Yes, everyone is welcome. Around a quarter of past attendees were men and roughly 7% were under 14, usually with family.
What's actually on the floor?
Over 100 stalls across twenty categories: bridal wear, jewellery, salons and makeup artists, skincare, décor and furniture, caterers, photographers, florists, invitations, sweets, honeymoon travel and more. Makeup masterclasses and a fashion walk run on the main stage.
Exhibiting
How much does a stall cost?
Four sizes, from PKR 22,000 before tax for a single 4×2 ft table to PKR 132,000 before tax for a 20×10 ft shell scheme. Early-bird rates start at PKR 20,000. Full pricing.
How is a booking confirmed?
Space is held tentatively for 24 hours after you enquire. Full payment inside that window confirms it. Payment is by bank transfer — there is no online payment for the 2026 edition.
Can I bring my own fabricator?
Yes. Shell schemes include the structure, lighting, a table and chairs. Anything custom is charged separately and you may use your own vendor.

What do sponsorships cost?
Six tiers, all exclusive of taxes: Platinum PKR 2.2M, Gold 1.6M, Silver 1.2M, Category Partner 1M, Payment Partner 0.8M and Masterclass Partner 0.6M. Compare what each includes.
Who has sponsored before?
Pepsi powered the 2025 edition. Past sponsors include Neutrogena, HKM, J. Fragrances, J. Cosmetics, Ofra, ARY Sahulat Wallet, TSF and BEE Global. ARY Digital, ARY News and FM91 have been media partners.
Can I get the sponsorship deck?
Yes. Message the team on WhatsApp and it comes straight back, so you have something to forward internally. Request the deck.
About the event
Who organises it?
Fiku Events, founded by Fakiha Khan, an IBA graduate with seven years in corporate marketing. Fiku has delivered seven exhibitions, each hosting 80 or more brands.
Has this run before?
2026 is the fourth edition. Previous editions ran on 26 November 2023, 3 November 2024 and 9 November 2025, all in Karachi.
