Terms and conditions

These terms cover use of this website, exhibitor bookings, sponsorship agreements and visitor entry to Wedding Extravaganza 2026, organised by Fiku Events, Karachi.

Exhibitor bookings

Messaging the team is not a booking. It starts a conversation and, where space allows, places a tentative 24-hour hold on the space discussed.
Full payment within 24 hours confirms the booking. If payment is not received in that window, the space is released and may be sold to another exhibitor.
All published prices are in Pakistani rupees and exclusive of tax unless a column or line explicitly states an after-tax figure. Tax is applied at 15%.
Early-bird rates apply until the published deadline or until the floor is full, whichever comes first.
Shell scheme packages include the shell scheme structure, exclusive lighting, a table and chairs. Customised fabrication is charged separately, and exhibitors may appoint their own vendors for it.
Stall positions are allocated by Fiku Events, ordinarily in order of confirmed payment. Fiku Events may adjust the floor plan where operational needs require it.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods, staff, insurance and any licences their products require, and for complying with the venue's rules.
Payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. If Fiku Events cancels the event entirely, confirmed exhibitors will be offered a transfer to the next edition or a refund.

Sponsorship

Sponsorship prices shown on this site are indicative package prices, exclusive of taxes, and are confirmed in a separate written agreement.
Deliverables such as booth size, airtime, announcements, standee counts and logo placements are as set out in the package and the signed agreement. Where this website and a signed agreement differ, the agreement takes precedence.
Category exclusivity applies only where the package explicitly grants it.
Sponsors are responsible for supplying artwork, video content and branded materials to the deadlines given by Fiku Events. Late delivery may reduce what can be produced.

Visitor entry

Entry to Wedding Extravaganza 2026 requires a visitor pass, sold through Ticketwala. Ticketwala's own purchase, refund and cancellation terms apply to that transaction. Adding the event to a calendar does not create a reserved place.
Fiku Events and the venue may refuse or withdraw entry to maintain safety, capacity limits or good order.
Photography and filming take place at the event, and images may be used in Fiku Events marketing. Tell a member of staff if you would prefer not to appear.
Timings and the stage programme are subject to change.

The event itself

Fiku Events may change the date, timings, venue, floor plan, masterclass line-up or programme where circumstances require it, and will tell anyone on its mailing list, confirmed exhibitors and sponsors as soon as a change is made.

This website

We aim to keep prices, dates and details accurate and current. Errors are corrected as soon as we find them, and an obvious error does not bind us to it. The Fiku Events and Wedding Extravaganza names and logos, and the content on this site, belong to Fiku Events. Third-party brand names are the property of their owners and appear here to identify past sponsors, partners and exhibitors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
